Our Retailers - Popped Popcorn

Frequently Asked Questions
DO NOT USE THE POPCORN BUTTON ON YOUR MICROWAVE. We recommend setting the microwave to a longer time and then listening for 2 to 3 seconds between pops to know the popcorn is done.
The bags will pop the most kernels in a 1200 watt microwave. Usually, there are around 500 kernels per bag, and most pop. Slight natural variations in moisture in each kernel make some pop faster, slower, and some not at all.
Please be sure your microwave is set to high power.
Please be sure to remove any shield guards you may have in your microwave.
The popcorn should be stored in a cool, dry place. If frozen or stored in refrigerated, the kernels will dry out.
We truly appreciate your interest and support. While we strive to ensure our products are widely available, the decision to restock and carry our products ultimately lies with the individual retailers. Each store manages its inventory independently, so we do not have direct control over their stock levels.
To assist you further, we recommend checking with the store's management or customer service team for more specific information about when or if they will restock our products.
Please make sure you are not using the popcorn button on your microwave. These buttons are designed for the grocery store size bags. You will want to stand next to your microwave and let it keep popping until there are 2-3 seconds between the kernels popping. This is the perfect time for your microwave.
Make sure your microwave is on full power. If it is not on full power you will not be able to fully pop a bag.
Make sure no other items are in your microwave, like a splash guard. Also, make sure the inside of your microwave is clean of any debris.
No! Our bags are PFOA free and have no other chemicals.
No, our corn is 100% NON-GMO
Although it would be safe, we recommend you do not eat the popcorn past its expiration date.
Sometimes, when the angle is just right, some butter may spill out during the popping process. This is caused by the bag opening slightly at the top and oil spilling out. Rest assured the product is safe to eat.
The black specs you may be seeing are not mold. In fact, these are burnt sugar crystals. Sometimes with Kettle Corn the sugar gets so hot that it burns, especially if you have a new or higher end microwave. This is 100% safe and not harmful.
We do have and process nuts in our facility. You should assume that all of our products have had a chance to be in contact with nuts.
These flavors are part of our Harvest promotion we sell once a year in October. Unfortunately we don't have any remaining until October 2024.
Breda, IA is a very small town. Unfortunately we don't have the staff to fulfill orders. All of the popcorn is grown in Iowa and shipped weekly to New York for order fulfillment.
